My Events of the Past Month or So...
I've been extremely busy the past month or so. Although I haven't been working a full 40 hour week, I have been working about 30..32 hours a week. When I'm not working I'm either sleeping, hanging out with my many awesome friends, or now...since the begining of June, hanging out with Adam. For more of what I've been doing...please read on, but I warn that it contains alot of rambling and pictures...
VIOLENT FEMMES
This concert probably gave me more of headache than what it was worth. At first I wasn't going. I had gotten 2 tickets and gave them to Erika so her and Dave could go. Then Amber ended up getting a billion tickets, so I gave Erika 2 more and I was planning on going with Amber and Vesna and whoever else since Amber was the one who got me the tickets. So, then the day of the concert I was offered even more tickets and suddenly I could've invited all of Cudahy, WI. My cousin Gina came along and her, Vesna and I went to a cookout at this kid "Smooshface's" house. Then we left and met up with Amber and her sister and some other chick. We chilled in the parking lot for a while and Lisa Zannon and Nick Schmidt were there. We drank some free beer and talked to them because we haven't seen them since high school. This is where Vesna and Amber go inside and Gina and I stay outside. Then Erika, Dave, Jenni and some other people I don't know ended up coming down there and Gina and I met up with them. Through out the night we suddenly ran in my cousin Anthony who is Gina's brother. So he then hung out with us. Then Vesna met back up with us and all was well. We drove home and my cousin spent the night..and got up to leave in the morning when I left for work, since I had to open.
RIVERSPLASH
This was by far..I don't even know how to explain it, shitty experience we've had with Riversplash...at least in the begining of the night. I went down there with Erika, Dave, and Karen. Dwibes and her friend ended up meeting us down, and Dwibes was wasted. Within 30 minutes of her being goofy and wasted, she becomes sick. She then proceeds to throw up in the port o potty and literally passes out in there. At this time I check on her, try to lift her head up...nothing. Smack her a bit..nothing. Kick her...nothing. I tell her friend to Erika because I'm like holy shit I have no idea what to do. Erika and Karen come over and we all pretty much realize that this girl has probably got alcohol poisoning. Dave and Steve come over and they hoist her out and bring her to the back of the port o pottys. I go with her friend to get the car. Erika, Karen, and I drag/carry her to the car and tell her friend where to take her. So the partying starts, because hey, we didn't bring her down there, give her the alcohol and just helped her ass out so much by doing that. Suddenly I get a text message saying "fuck you..you don't fucking care". Somehow somebody started some drama and drunk Dwibes came back trying to hate on us. All is resolved now...but it really pissed Erika and myself off. After Riversplash Erika and I ended up at the Webbs in Tosa where the service was shitty, the food was shitty, and the fellow customers were shitty. Never again. The following day we went to IHOP, then Target, then I ordered Def Leppard/Journey tickets and then we went to Johnsons Creek.

oh yea! i completely forgot that this random guy came by and wanted to dance. So then I ended up dancing with him, because hello...I dance with all weird scary random guys.

Erika and I met up with her Mom, Karen, and Karen's coworkers at BW3's for a celebration because Karen got a big promotion...for a new job at a new company. Erika ate some horrible tasting garlic sauce and the air conditioner was malfunctioning creating a hot and steamy atmosphere. The good thing was that it was happy hour so the beer was pretty cheap. After that Erika and I decided to venture to the Tosa Home Depot and visit Jamar and Dave. That was fun and Dave's apron looks like a kids apron. Then Erika and I got a couple of beers at Shepards, and discussed our trip to New York! Yes, thats right kids...I'm goin to New York with Erika..August 23-27. If you want to see me, let me know. After that I dropped off Erika and I went downtown for Ali's going away party since she'll be working at a summer camp and then moving to California. She was pretty occupied so Adam, Vesna, Shara, Teddi and I went to Buckheads where it was hello Home Depot people. By the end of the night I was feelin good and super exhausted.

Harbor Fest
To sum this event up. You have to buy tickets for beer. I hate this, because it's so annoying to have estimate how many tickets you'll need through out the night. There was an Anna Nicole Smith look alike only she was 10 times more trashy and 10 times older. She did however, have a really sweet black leather mini skirt that showed the bottom of her buttcheeks. If you'd like to see a picture of her you'll have to see my camera, because unfortunately thats the only place i have one. Later as the sun went down, the clouds started rolling in and the wind gusts were like 50 mph. Then it was rain for 3 minutes and blow in your face. What did we do? Take pictures, drink some more beer and not care. The hilight to this night was the biker dude working the beer tent who'd always give me an extra beer for free. I loved that guy. Erika and I were the first ones home and I passed out on the couch like it was a king sized bed. The next morning Mom #2 made us all a delicious breakfast and then I went home.
Father's Day/Dad's Birthday/Oli's Grad/Bday Party
My sister Michele, Dennis and the kids came down for Father's Day. Oh and my Uncle Jimmy also came over. Of course it rained for the beginign of the cookout because it always rains on our cookout days but it cleared up and turned out nice at the end. My sister got my Dad a fire pit and I got a him a beverage holder/bucket for outside along with some Polish beer. My sister and I bonded alot that day...which makes me so happy. Ever since her surgery things have been so different and better between us. It's like we're actually sisters now.
After the cookout I went to Vesna's house for her sister Oli's party. That was just a drunken mess but a super good time. Shara and I would go downstairs by all the high school kids who were listening to some techno or something and just slyly turn on the Bee Gees. Some of them actually didn't mind. We're just jealous that our graduating was so much more cliquey than this one.
