Friday Was a Great Time
Friday Dwibes and I went over to Erika's for some beers. At first we watched Deal or No Deal, and maybe it's the penny pincher in me, but I'd always deal and nobody ever does until way after. So after that I decided that we should play asshole, because I wanted people to get drunk and we haven't played it in a while. Dwibes was a little rusty on the concept of the game and I helped her along. After awhile she pretty much ruled and all I'm proud of, is the fact that I was never once asshole. Then Erika, Dwibes, and I left Dave inside with the cat and went out on the front porch for what seem to be hours, smoking cigarettes, drinking our beers, and slowly but surely becoming frozen, since it's still not warm ever. While we were out there a car drove by without its lights on. Then 15 minutes later this same car comes back without its lights on, and right behind it was a Wauwatosa police car. When they got up to the corner of 60th and Wright the car went straight and parked on the side. The cop stopped and watched and then turn the corner. The driver of the car with no lights on, got out of the car, walked for a bit and then returned to the car, once the cop was gone. What the hell? Why didn't the cop pull him over? Was it because he crossed into Milwaukee and therefore he couldn't? But here's the clincher, that car, when finally escaping the cop; still drove away without his lights on. Moron. Anyway, once we found out Karen's mail was just a stupid "we'll give you $50,000" we went inside and did whatever. I danced to Michael Jackson and then we smoked some cigarettes again in the basement. The last beer had by all was at 3:00AM. Finally, after Erika insisted on taking pictures I probably got to bed at 3:30. The next day at work was killer...but I made it through and slept from 9PM-9AM.
