Day After Thanksgiving.
So I worked from 6-10am today. A couple came through my line with 4 18volt Ryobi drills. We limited it to 1 per customer due to supply and demand. When I told this to the customer the husband got mad at me and told me that it's not in the ad. I then told him that we have the right use to descresion on it. The woman then asked if she could have two drills. So then I decided that since they were originally going to make two seperate purchases (but they had one coupon and i told them they cant use it twice) that I'd let them have two. Then the husband asked the same question and I'm like 'sorry sir, but no." He was like like "what? why? she just asked that question and you said yes." I'm like "i know sir, but I'm making a deal here and letting you have two when you should only really be getting one." He then was like "yea but you're giving two different answers." So then I was like "sir, you can't manipulate what I am saying. If you are going to manipulate my words I wont help you." Then he was pissed and left with their two drills.
