Remember how I talked yesterday of buying Wonka bars, Razzles, and bubble gum cigars? Well Erika, like always was in such a hurry to get out of Home Depot that she set her candy in the bag down on one of those tupperware storage bins, along with her tupperware container and came home empty handed. I harassed her all night long about it and she explained how punching out is the greatest feeling and you'll leave behind candy for it. Then we discussed that the sad part about it, is that it probably wont be their tomorrow (today) because everyone at work is nothing but scrounges and they'll eat the candy. Yes, I'm serious when I say this, because people have gotten their LUNCHES STOLEN out of the FRIDGE. So today I'm casually walking in the breakroom and notice that familiar paper bag. I was like "omg!...shutup"...I peer inside the bag and the candy is still there, untouched! Her tupperware container was there as well and I was telling people the great story. The candy is in our locker now and we should probably eat it soon before a rat comes and gets it or something. I was just shocked that for once, nobody touched the damn thing.
I got my review today and I'm just a "performer"...which frankly was all that I was expecting. I've decided that going above and beyond expectations only gets your 3 more cents in your raise, so why waste the time. Then Jennifer and I just talked for what seemed to be forever about my concerns in the work place. Obviously it doesn't matter what my concerns are, but I just felt like saying them anyway. The funniest part was that I got a "needs improvement" on enthusiasm. They make me sound like I'm Jamar! Now he's a guy who needs improvement on enthusiasm. Speaking of Jamar, he tried to steal my $3 that was left over from my request from McDonalds. Jerk.
I still hate school.
