Its not a maths thing, its a metaphore for the universe, why do the 4 dimentions exist, up down, left right, foward back, and time. there is not answer, because there is nothing to explain, they weren created, they are just there, and thats it. they have always been there, for an infinit time, altho humans cannot comprehend infinity, or dimentions, because everything that exists for us needs a reason, we cant stand beeing insignificant, even tho we are, we are nothing but a lump of chemicals.
