Day 3 & 4!

Hey guys! While I have been keeping track every day, I forgot to post it! Here are the last two days. I'll post today's list later!


Day 3

Brunch:
Nectarine
Curry roasted potato
Square of zuchinni frittata

Snack:
Homemade corn pudding (fresh corn, milk, eggs, tbsp of splenda, homemade coconut kefir)

Dinner:
corn tortilla pizza (3 corn tortillas, with pasta sauce, mozzerella cheese, and tomato slices)

(I didn't get enough calories today, I'm sure. I need to be more careful about that!)

Day 4

breakfast:
Plum
Zuchinni frittata

lunch
gluten-free sundried tomato bagel with veggie cream cheese

Snack:
half a square of zuchinni frittata

Dinner
Curry potatoes
Stir-fried veggies

dessert
2 tablespoons of peanut butter mixed with unsweetened shredded coconut and a few chocolate chips

beverages
half a glass of chocolate soymilk
a mug of mint tea
a mug of cold-brew coffee
3 pepsis (goal for tomorrow is 2!)
2 glasses of water (Need to drink more of this tomorrow!)
