Day from HELL!
Ok so today was the day of the iron bowl... which is all well and good.. but I had to work a double today so I didn't get to hang out and enjoy it.. But my team won so that is all good.. WAR EAGLE!
So I'm working and things are fine.. I had to be there at 11 A.M.. well by 5:30 I had had no break and was still on the clock.. This also didn't bother me because 'I'm poor and need money badly.. Well the night shift starts.. they fired a server which left me serving again.. though I wasn't scheduled to do so.. Well the game ends and the rush begins.. during the middle of the rush a table is sat in a section where a new server was working.. she had no idea that they were her table.. so she didn't serve them.. After they complained three times the manager went over there and was talking to them.. they said that it wasn't his fault it was his "fat ass servers that were the problem" she looked at me when she said this.. when she saw me looking at her she turned red and was like "I'm sorry did I say that out loud".. I do believe that, that was the most insulted and pissed off I have been in a very long time.. I have very low self esteem because of my weight to begin with.. But I have lost two dress sizes in the past month and I'm feeling damn good.. I went home lastnight for homecoming and all my friends were like damn.. you've lost a lot of weight.. so anyways.. I broke down crying and all the servers were like huddled around me hugging me (which was great yay friends) but I wasn't crying because I was ashamed.. I cry when I get pissed.. and the worst part about this situation is that I was working and could not stand up for myself.. My job would have been at stake.. SO anyways.. I'm fine now but that sucked ass..
Oh yeah and to add to my great day.. I went home yesterday (as i mentioned before) and I returned to Auburn at 2:30.. When I got in my apartment I heard a strange sound.. turns out that my bathroom ceiling was leaking and the floor was flooded.. so I couldn't shower this morning due to the nastey water everywhere.. YAY LIFE! lol jk I love my life and everything about it.. but today was just like.. WTF!
I didn't post when I got home last night.. But I had a wonderful trip home.. I saw all my awesome high school budz and danced the night away.. it was a great time.. everybody has grown up so much.. including myself.. but it is cool to leave home and return.. to you the time in high school is a memory.. and it seems as if it doesn't continue.. so when you go home and see that it does and that the people you left as freshmen are now seniors you realise that things change and life does continue.. But all my goofy dumb ass guy friends that never worried about how they looked or smelled.. are now wearing nice clothes and axe body spray.. they aren't kids anymore they are men.. wow.. never thought I'd say that..
