I've been home for a week now. I didn't expect anyone else to be home though. I do hope that some of my Madtown friends are planning on being here in the next week and a half though 'cause I'm running out of fun things to do. I slept in really late today and having been working on my computer ever since. I decided that now is the time to backup all of the junk thereon. I also installed a new version of Norton so that my computer will actually function correctly.
I've just been hanging out with my dad. Mom is in Michigan with grandpa yet again. He had to go to the hospital last weekend and both of his lungs collapsed since then. But he's doing better and hopefully will be off the ventilator soon. Erica was home for the weekend, which was lots of fun. I actually went to the movies for the first time in a while. We also rented Nanny McPhee, which was fun. It was a well done kids film.
Other than cleaning, I'm preparing for my work this summer. I'm going to be doing research at Notre Dame with a professor in environmental science. That should be a lot of fun. It also means that I can visit people this summer who are at Earlham. I'm really happy for that since I'm not sure what it's going to be like in South Bend. I'm also looking into grad school programs in environmental science and the GRE, gak! Life is full of things to do but not many friends at this time. So if people are going to be in Madison in the next week and a half, give me a call!
