ew we were going to have that law in maryland-the 'u cant have anyone else in your car if you get your license by this date; unless they are a family member'....but that didnt pass...theyre passing it this summer though, but i am home free :-)

o nastyfied...ours wont be like that, i think it's like...from the time they pass it if you get your license that day or anytime after.

is it a 6 month thing?
