It's something about this place. A lot of people's abilities are missing.

[After his escape he had felt weaker then before. Whether or not it was merely fatigue remains to be seen, but here he definitely isn't as fast or strong as normal. That had sure been one pleasant surprise.]

I don't get it. Weapons sure, but how can they take away our abilities?

You'd think our hosts would have rectified the situation... if our best abilities had been neutralized by their efforts.

Maybe they can't do anything about it. That or it's a limiter for whatever reason.
