Me: My personal journal is avianthropy, and I usually go by Seshi when I'm not Toki or one of my other characters' names.
I play: Ion (the replica) (knowsthescore), Rikugou "Toki" Tokidoki (outofthenet), Lyserg Diethel (swingbackmyway), Lymsleia "Lym" Falenas (the_sun_shuns), Hungary/Elizabeta Héderváry (gar_inside)
I used to play: Yamada Hanatarou (dontkickmeplz), Kyouyama Anna #1 (heavenismybitch), Lyra Silvertongue (into_thesky), Asakura Kazumi (ur_onkazucamera), Senel Coolidge (to_eres_human), Kasumi (shrikewhilethe), Roy (thedawnisalie)
Getting in Touch: I'm ishisuzu on gmail and gchat, and I will always be available on both while playing. I check gmail a million times a day, so if I'm not on at the moment, emailing me is still the best way to reach me. As for IRC, I'm almost always in my cast chans (Tales of, Amatsuki, Shaman King, Suikoden, Hetalia) but rarely in #campfuckudie unless I'm running a post. Also, my pings are weird and don't always, well, ping for some reason, so if you're trying to get my attention in chan and I don't answer, feel free to PM.
Timezone/Language: EST/English. I also know Japanese and some Spanish, but I'm not fluent in either by a long shot.
Scheduling Issues: I have the standard 9AM-5PM Monday thru Friday work week, plus extra time for commuting etc. Mondays I stay late and don't get home until 9:30PM-ish. My bedtimes are very irregular; I can fall asleep at 10 one night and stay up until 4AM the next -- yeah.
The Playing Experience: Okay, I'll take this to mean "what type of threads do I like to play." Like everyone, I am here to have fun, and for me that means I lean more toward lighthearted threads and wacky hijinks than angst and drama. But I also really go for forming lasting relationships with my characters even if I'm not usually too good at it and realize doing that often takes all kinds of threads, so I enjoy Serious Business when it has purpose like that. So basically, I like variety, I just don't like being overshadowed by endless drama.
Jumping: I LOVE BEING JUMPED. There is never a time when I don't want to be jumped, and I don't care how late you jump in, just do it whenever you see me out and want to. Being jumped makes me less shy about jumping other people (which I very much am)!
Threading: I'm not a really fast threader, and I default to keeping threads on the short side. This is usually because I don't want to bother whoever I'm threading with by dragging things out if we come to what could be a good stopping place. But I always love continuing threads if poked (by IRC, gmail/chat, or this post). It makes me happy when people want to have long threads with me. ♥
Betaing: I used to offer to beta for my canons all the time, but I've owned up to the fact that I'm really not that good at it. I definitely won't say no if you ask and I have the time, but I'm more like . . . backup/support beta material. On the other hand, if you're apping a character who's SUPER IMPORTANT TO ONE OF MINE (like Anise or Austria), I would definitely like to beta for you because I'm naturally going to be both more picky and more enthusiastic about those characters.
AUs: I have no experience writing porn except for the intentionally awful kind. I might be willing to try, depending on the character and context, if someone really wants? I'm not into totally random pairings unless there's some BRILLIANTLY HILARIOUS idea behind it, but if our characters have UST or something, it doesn't hurt to ask.
Comfort Levels: I've never had my comfort levels breached in my 2+ years of playing here, so you're probably pretty safe. Just keep the standard etiquette of asking before you like, try to kill or maim one of my characters. If for some reason you have made me uncomfortable, I'll let you know, and please please do the same for me if I've made you uncomfortable. (Especially since, you know, I play the personification of a country who canonly has certain nationalistic prejudices.)
Crit: I take crit always, anywhere. This here post is one place to do it, I also comment weekly in cfud_concrit, and email or IRC works too.
