It is not my concern if someone was wounded or killed.

If they are near me I do, but I cannot concern myself with the constant life and death of mortals.

It must be quite tedious, being immortal.

As for me, I was human once, so I developed an affinity for them.

Then, I suppose that someone who never dies can't truly appreciate a mortal's life.

Mortals that become immortal... I have seen it often, and they are left in misery.

Though many mortals value immortality and seek a means to achieve it, they may not fully understand the consequences.

That is because they were born mortal.
