[ Velvet arrives with a quiet clatter, his iron hooves pausing not too far away from the Unicorn. His ruby eyes, lit up like embers, stare over at her, red mane lit up under the moon and against his black coat and shining black armor ]

[The pounding of the hooves pulled her from her he gazing on the moon. And as fast as they came she rose up on her back hooves, horn glowing bright. Had some foolish horse come to challenge her at such an hour? She whinnied, in warning.]
