Naruto
Ok, so I'm only sort of following the big battle anymore because there's too much and it's hard to follow. I will say: fuck yeah, Lee! Because BAMF!Lee is always full of win.
Anyway. But now, we are also following Sasuke & Co., and are getting Important Information. Because apparently now he has finally decided to actually get some solid information before going ahead and destroying Konoha. So (thanks to the 'goodness' of Orochimaru's heart >.>), we get revived!Hokages (yes, all of them) and all the Konoha politics bickering you could hope for! (Amusingly, this has turned into one of those universes where, while death is definitely permanent eventually, you're allowed to take some detours along the way. XD)
Also, we learn that Sasuke actually can't help being an emotion-driven idiot because (at least according to Hokage #2, who's kind of an ass), the Uchiha are 'cursed' with too much capacity for emotion, which inevitably leads them to feeling too much for someone/something, losing that thing, and then spiraling down into hatred.

Yeah, I don't know. This is also the source/fuel for the Sharingan, I guess, hence "mirror eye," or something. So the more suffering/hatred they experience, the stronger the Sharingan gets, which does follow with what we've learned about it already. (I wonder if this means Itachi was going blind because he didn't have enough hatred. ...pfft.)
I think I will have to wait for the rest of the conversation to really know what's going on. But I do know one thing for sure: I now really want Sasuke to break out into a chorus of "Born This Way."
