I'd like to give some money to cancer research, preferably an organization researching brain tumors (breast cancer being the second choice). I'm going to be researching this over the next couple days, but does anyone have recommendations, (either for organizations doing serious research without a lot of bureaucracy or for places to start researching organizations)?
