and now a moment for nerdiness:
one of the random house imprints is publishing a book by the captains of the crab boat Time Bandit from deadliest catch. they're signing books for us on friday (wooo!! i'm gettin' me one!) but i just walked past jonathan hillstrand (captain during king crab season) as i walked into the building today. it was really hard for me to let him just enjoy his cigarette and not accost him. i kind of hope i run into him again. i really like the guys on the time bandit!
