Watching the Detectives
This movie was great as light fare. A comedy with Cillian Murphy and Lucy Liu as an oddball couple...made me wonder...but actually liked how they worked. (and yeah, I just happen to enjoy watching Cillian Murphy)
Cillian Murphy as Neil goes from jerk boyfriend to jerked around boyfriend quite well. In that way this story was a really good antidote for me. By the end Lucy Liu as Violet has him sobbing (the crying is even funny). And he is in a bath tub. That does not hurt. Though, Eek!, the fellow is skin over bones.
I also say watch the movie because Lucy Liu makes a great punk vixen with a fun wardrobe. Hee!
