1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before? Graduated, taught my very own class, went to Tahoe
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? I don’t remember if I made any…. And I am not making any this year, b/c I never keep them anyway
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? No, but my mentor teacher is pregnant
4. Did anyone close to you die? My great aunt… whom I saw once a year, so I guess I wouldn’t say we were all that close
5. What countries did you visit? The good ole US of A
6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005? More self discipline, a teaching job, an apartment of my very own
7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? Graduation… the whole weekend. I got to spend it with my best friends and amazing family (and pseudo-family.) And I re-met Jason while waiting in line at Rick’s. We’re so classy
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Graduating w/ high honors, becoming the teacher I always wanted to be.
9. What was your biggest failure? Not keeping in touch w/ some friends
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? My 4 month ear infection… that was fun.
11. What was the best thing you bought? Laptop and the new Ion
12. Whose behavior merited celebration? Amanda… because she is an incredible roomie who has been there for EVERYTHING. And Tom’s… because he lets me keep my job, even when I can’t be there a lot, and because he is like my pseudo-father, constantly worrying and offering his support
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? Tim in Ohio.
14. Where did most of your money go? Tuition, car, gas, vacations, BAR
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Vacation(s) to CO, learning how to snowboard again, seeing grizzlies at Yellowstone, my brother and sister getting new jobs
16. What songs will always remind you of 2005? Humps- Black-Eyed Peas…. HAHAHA
17. Compared to this time last year, are you happier or sadder? Definitely happier
18. What do you wish you'd done more of? Working out
19. What do you wish you'd done less of? Wasting time on stupid guys
20. How will you be spending Christmas? Spent it with my amazing family…. And watching Season 1 of Desperate Housewives in the car

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Don’t think so
26. What was the best book you read? Harry Potter, A Short History of Nearly Everything
27. What was your greatest musical discovery? Not so much a discovery as a continual love… Dave Matthews, Gavin, Guster…. And the Garden State Soundtrack
28. What did you want and get? Computer, car, and a fabulous apartment
29. What did you want and not get? A grant for school
30. What was your favorite film of this year? HP and Cinderella Man
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? Went to the bar w/ the group… and then met my bro and some friends in Royal Oak. It was one of the most entertaining birthdays ever. I am officially old at 22
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? I don’t know there is anything that could’ve made it *that* much more satisfying
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005? Teacher-ish
34. What kept you sane? Best friends, my mom, and the Welburns
