Wow, this place is amazing :)
We got to Reno on Sunday and decided we were all hungry, what better place to eat than a buffet at the casino!!! After eating everything we possibly could, some gambling was done, then it was off to TAHOE!
Our place is incredible. Right on the lake, which has the most beautiful scenery. We just hung out and unpacked on Sunday, went for a little walk, gambled some more, nothing too exciting.
Monday was the first day skiing. Dad's friend Alex met us and we headed to Heavenly for the day. The morning was great, and the view was undescribable. (is that a word?) I don't think my pictures will even begin to show the views and scenery here, but I will do my best :) Skiing was good, esp in the morning. Seeing as how it's 55 and sunny, the snow gets a little heavy and slushy in the afternoon.
My face is burnt, and I have some *fabulous* goggle/sunglasses lines on my face. Yippee!
Skied w/ Matty today. It was a great sister-brother bonding day. We had tons of fun, went on some awesome runs, blacks w/ moguls are some of my favs. :)
The rest of the fam needs the computer... Hope everyone is having a great break!
