Day Two is the business, and the only day worth the $45 price.
Some noteables in order of when they appear:

Kasabian
Death Cab For Cutie
The Walkmen
Bloc Party
Oasis
And that's just the second day. Thievery Corporation is on the first day, which has some other good bands including Keane, Kaiser Chiefs, and Spoon, but absolutely nothing compares to the second. Coldplay is on the third, but if you want to hear a better band, I suggest going to the second and watching The Walkmen perform; They blow Coldplay out of the damn water.
