might not know much and still with a lot to learn and understand but when I see something that stands out to me I strive to know and gain as much information available in the issues. Over this past month one issue in this world that has stood out to me the most out of all is the peoples fight for their freedom from a military ran government in the country Burma but now known by many as Myanmar. What they are doing is being seen, read, and understood around this world. I feel everyone at least more people need to understand this issue and what is taking place in this country. This month of September hundreds of thousands of monks and local people joined together to show they want change in many different peaceful protests around the country. Most people that are being interviewed during this movement are to afraid to give their names in fear that the military will kill them. Its a great thing that countries in ways of this are coming together to try and push the government with change with strict sanctions. As of now UN people are over in the country trying to work this out. But seriously nothing is going to come positive to the people in Myanmar. People in the United States might see some hope when they hear the word UN but seriously something more is going to have to be done to help this countries people.
I feel strongly about this issue as I have learned over these past few weeks. I would like to hear other peoples thoughts if they have looked in to the issue and understand what is taking place.
