Do I ever get sick and tired of being right? It hasn't happened yet. Doubters beware! The Atlanta Braves are back atop the NL East. I said they'd hang in there. I said that it's a long season. Anything can happen in 162 games. I said, "just like last year, the Braves will turn it on a little late. They just won't burn out like the teams that get hot at the beginning of the year and then start waining after the All-Star break. The critics replied with, "Nathan, they're old. Glavine and Maddux are gone." and, "Their reign of terror is over. Let a new leader covet the division." and, "you're starting to scare me, Nathan. Put your pants back on, that doesn't prove anything."
But oh, no. It's my turn to laugh. Even if they don't hold on to win the division, mark my words, the Braves are going to the playoffs.
