I heart London.
So I had the BEST time at Sam's wedding. It was beautiful, I may or may not have shed a tear or two, the food was good, my outfit was fun, the band was GREAT, and I got one hell of a cardio workout dancing till midnight!
Now I'm in London - I got in about 4pm. Then I checked into my hotel to find that they were out of single rooms, so they upgraded me to a triple for no extra cost! (And the singles are all shared bathroom, the rest are ensuite, so I got a private bathroom in the deal as well!) I love it!
Tonight I just walked around, grabbed a chicken tikka pita with salad and sat on the grass against a tree in Leicester Square eating and people watching. Oh, and I went to HMV and bought 2 CDs - the OLC recording of LOTR (because I love the girl's voice who played Galadriel) and a new artist named 'Adele.' I heard the CD riding around in the car with Sam the last few days and I LOVE it...she has a jazzy, r&b, pop sound.
Tomorrow I'm hanging out with my friend, Lauren, who's coming all the way down from Leeds! She taught in France with me...I haveno idea what we're going to do, but it should be FUN!
Wow I miss living in Europe. I've decided I need a job where I can live over here as well as in the US. Any suggestions on that?!
Ok, if anyone reading this wants anything from here, let me know what in the next 24 hours so I have time to get it before heading home Wednesday morning!
