Day 4/20 - Beijing
Today was the first time dad spent the whole day with us since we arrived because he had to work. Went for lunch at our favourite place for amazing fish - Spicy Grandma~~ The fish damn damn shiok, my dad and I hamtam the whole thing. Shiok ttm only. Today it didn't feel as spicy as the last time, only numbness, but still good. After that we went to walk around the Olympic Green again, BUT IT WAS SO FREAKING COLD WTH. I was practically freezing I swear even walking was a torture. D:
While we were walking back to the car, going down the basement carpark - walking down the stairs, my sister slipped and slid down 5 steps HAHAHAHA AND SAT THERE LAUGHING FOR THE LONGEST TIME BEFORE SHE STOOD UP AND CONTINUED LAUGHING DOWN THE STAIRS OMG. (SIS IF YOU'RE READING THIS, THIS IS SO MEI HAHAHAHA OMG BLOODY FUNNY WISH YOU WERE THERE.) Oh and and and! The moment we walked up the stairs to the Olympic Green, and looked at the pond, we realised the whole pond was frozen. (SIS THE POND WAS FROZEN, LIKE COMPLETELY ICE.) The poor grass totally dying there omg. D:
After that we went to this COLOSSAL flea market, but all the stuff there are like antiques so yeah hahaha. But my dad bought a bronze statue of Guan Yu to put in his office hahaha. I was freezing there so yeah hahaha I just stood at one side. After that rly cannot take the cold so we all left and went to get this super awesome lamb kebab omg one person 4 sticks HAHA awesomeeeeeeeee. But I was freezing, honestly chattering and shaking, while waiting for the lamb kebab, though I was standing right beside the grill.
I really really hate the weather, and the amount of static I have to experience everyday. I can feel the static even through 3 layers of my clothes my god that's how bad it is, and my hair is so static-y I cannot take it. I cannot even comb my hair once through without having hair getting stuck to my face every 2 seconds, and even now as I'm typing this, MY SHIRT IS STUCK TO MY BACK AND EVERYTIME I TRY TO LIFT IT AWAY FROM MY BACK I CAN HEAR CACKLING SOUNDS.
UGH CHINA SUX. :<
