The storm wakes me up at 5 or 6 AM. The strobe-like frequency of the lightning and the closeness of the strikes reminds me a little of the storm that hit IDA on my 30th birthday. I unplug my computer and pull the pillow over my ear and fall back asleep.

I didn't mention in my posts...while I was eating my breakfast this morning, lightning was striking VERY close to my apartment. As in there was no separation between the flash of light and the sound of thunder. And at one point, I saw a bright spark and heard this loud "ZZZZTT!" sound outside of my window. My AC cut off for just a second, and then came back on. I'm going to look when I get home tonight and see if there is a scorch mark on it. Because I think it may have been hit by lightening.

I sense a great distrubance in the schwartz.

P.S I was woken up my simultainous thunder and lighting striking in or near the light well, brightening my bedroom like dawn.

Nature is werid.
