Baby Socks!

Notes on the pattern at the project page on the Rav. Adapted sorta kinda from the adult sock pattern I use. Totally faked how long a baby's foot is, trying to make an educated guess based on pictures of other people's baby socks. At least babies start out pretty small and then get bigger, so these'll probably fit eventually. Next time I'll probably do fewer wraps on the short row heel to make it a little less pointy.

Yarn is Lana Grossa Meilenweit Fantasy, found at Creative Hands before it closed at the end of the year. One of the few skeins of sock yarn left, probably because the colors are so funny. US2 needles. May use US1 next time if I ever get my clover mittens of my pair.

This was a crazy fast knit. Would have finished the pair last night if I had started earlier in the day and then not gone out for dinner, leaving my knitting behind. I hope to make many more pairs of socks with the sock yarn I have stashed. It's such a nice dose of instant gratification.
