Well.

Someone has been very, very, very busy being an asshole.

Since thirdjane has been so busy, we've decided to relieve her of the burden of membership in knitting_snark.

Go be an asshole somewhere else. You're not welcome here.

11/15/06 EDIT: Since the link between the trolling asshole and thirdjane are tenuous at best, and because her friend heatherlayne_n has come to her defense, ( Read more... )

...Wow.

Also, possibly OT, but heatherlayne_n did an awesome job of handling the situation. I wish I knew how to handle online drama with that much aplomb. :-/

I agree. The lack of drama was really refreshing.

Dude, seriously. She was rocking the calm handling of being trolled. Much love.

I agree, I was just about to post here with basically the same comment.

Also oh snap, the exposure was totally a link to one of my snarkposts, I feel weird now.

Most definitely! I would have turned the flame thrower on high. Kudos to her.

Agreed! I was just about to comment genuine appreciation for how well she (I assume "she," what with the "Heather" in the username, but I've been wrong before) handled the situation. Very cool.

Wait...what's that? Oh my god, I think my faith in humanity might be coming back.

I'm going to have to join the chorus of the people who were impressed by her attitude and comportment.

Yep, she was snarked for a GABYAW and silly post but she seems like she'd be good material for this community (uh, clearly I'm not going to go asking her).

That kind of calm and sensible attitude makes me want to give her some baked goods for the rare act of being a decent human being.
