Help with Dashing please!

I don't know why but I can't seem to wrap my head around this direction even though I know I know how to do it.

What I'm not getting is:

First Cable Round: [CB, p1(2), k4, p1, k4, p1(2)] twice.
Work 9 rounds in Rib Pattern.

So I'm CB, p1 twice and then continuing with k4, p1, k4, p1 twice and then repeat that?

Am I making sense? lol

I think I'm right, right?
