A FO, an Almost FO & a WIP, oh my!
I finally have a couple of pictures to show off to all those of you who have helped me so much along the way with each of these projects.
I have pictures of a baby blanket that I recently mailed to my sister but forgot to upload them so they will have to wait!
Here is a picture of Knitty's Coronet Hat in a superwash yarn that I don't remember the name of just now.
This was my second cable project, my first hat and my very first grafting cables. I think I did ok. Near the left top cable you can sorta see where things didnt go so well for me. I know what the problem was and refulse to frog again.
Here is a picture of cabled a purse I made in a Knitting class at my LYS.
Lamb's Pride Bulky was used here.
I have some fabric to use as a liner and think I might give blocking another try before completing it as my husband decided to wear it as a hat around the house and kinda streched it out at the top!
Last my WIP, Branching Out also from Knitty.
I am using some Plymouth Encore yarn, 75% acrylic & 25% wool.
I am definitely going to do it again with something nice. But this was my first lace attempt and I wanted to use practice stuff.
