Shew. Life is kicking my ass, folks.
I'm getting laid off from my 3rd job in a row! Apparently I just know how to pick them. Even more fun, there is another person with my exact same name in our Indiana office, and shortly after I started I got a raise that was intended for her (payroll fail). I'm terrible with finances and failed to notice it, so they picked up on it when they were giving me my actual raise almost a year later. I now owe the company I work for money, which they are taking some out of my paycheck every 2 weeks for. Plus, they're not giving me my severance from being laid off.
So that's fun. I'm trying to see it as an opportunity! This fall I am going to look at going back to school full time. I will be finishing up a business degree with a concentration in logistics. Tech support (what I currently do) is not as glamorous as it may sound... which I'm sure is not glamorous at all. It's difficult because people want to call you for help and then argue with you when you tell them what to do. TT__TT
Video games! There's been a slump there lately. Josh got me Fable III for Christmas, which I played the crap out of, and I haven't been in the mood for anything. Probably means I'm going to play Mass Effect. PLAY IT NAO, so good. :dies:
Books! I read War and Peace and it was very good, if long.
I think I'm going to go knit and watch something. A picture post is forthcoming!
