Knitting in Public, Part Twenty-One
So I'm at my Stitch 'n Bitch in Dallas yesterday. We're all sitting together chatting and knitting at the Cafe Express. There are two people at the next table working on laptops. The woman gets up to go to the bathroom or get food or something. The guy walks over and asks if he can sit with us for a minute. Then he asks if he can hold one of our projects (something simple he can't screw up) so that he can pretend to be knitting with the woman returns. She comes back and we all have a good laugh before they go back to work.
