A/N: For P100 prompt 900 - 94 - Feathers. Set in my Cry Wolf ‘verse - Lester is an undercover/disguised neo-Troodon.
I cursed on reading the message, just what I needed when I had to juggle two teams, but one didn’t say no to a Queen.
I checked my appearance in the mirror and hissed in irritation when I noticed a spot of red in the wrong place. My claws grooming through my feathers and I hissed again when I realised a stem was broken. When had that happened? Not that it mattered as I plucked it free, it was just as well I had notice.
One - especially a mere male - didn’t appear before a Queen looking anything less than perfect.
