“What an unfortunate place for an anomaly to appear,” Lester observed, watching the herd of Triceratops mill around what had been the minister’s rose garden, before they’d eaten the roses and churned the ground to mud.
“Lester!”
“Yes, minister?”
“Do something! They’re wrecking my wife’s garden.”
“Yes, sir.”
“I think it is a bit late for that,” Lyle murmured.
Lester side-eyed Lyle. “Lieutenant Lyle.”
“Sir?”
“You heard the minister, do something.”
“C4 should shift them.”
“You do like blowing things up,” Lester murmured in amusement, before noticing the minister’s horrified expression. “Although, on this occasion, I believe flash-bangs will suffice.”
