Gold Medal!
Hi Everyone,
Here's my gold medal Knitting Olympics Project: The Fibertrends Baltic Sea Stole
Pattern: Baltic Sea Stole from Fibertrends
Yarn: Lorna's Laces Helen's Lace in Tahoe
Needle: Bryspun size 6 circulars
Start Date: February 10, 2006
Finish Date: February 26, 2006
This was my first lace project and at times I was not too sure I would finish, but I did! I would most definitely recommend this to anyone who would like to try lace knitting. It is a well-written and lovely pattern (and the Helen's Lace was wonderful to work with). More thoughts about the project and more pictures can be found at my blog Words & Wool
