okay, so i have been a busy bee but not posted anything - so have some photos to make up for it all.
"the holy trinity"
my first yarn spun and plyed using the jumbo flyer in class.
second yarn, again spun and plyed using the jumbo flyer. (see a theme?)
my first ever 3-ply yarn - only possible using jumbo flyer because it is just so super-bulky! but sooooo soft and gorgeous. i like it a lot. it will make an impressive and droolsome scarf for the winter. hurrah. :)
in addition, i have been using my wheel to make some autumny yarn which may become a t-shirt style sweater/jumper for me if i can keep my tension even enough.
this is it in pre-plyed state.. i made a second lot and then plyed them together (forgot to take photo) and then knitted them into this tension square:
and there ends me brief update on WIPs and other shenanigans!
