so i went to court today and won. the judge ordered that i get paid the money ive spent and order jon to pay the remaining balance. somehow this jackass is under the impression he won. he sends me a retarded text telling me "better luck next time" lets go ahead and recap:
1. I'm awarded $ 409.00 + aboout $ 80.00 in court fees
2. Its now on his credit that he owes a "public debt" to me so his credit's fucked
3. i made him drive all the way out from riverside to santa monica to get served
4. i made him drive all the way out from riverside to lose the case
...and somehow i "lost"? lol i love these subtle moments in life when other people's dumbass logic provides good ol entertainment for me.
aside from the legal victory i came up HUGE at work. im getting way better benefits and more vacation time and more opportunities for overtime. damn getting fired from .360 was the best thing that douchebag coulda done for my "career".
i got my new phone from verizon too. got a free charger with it. its been a badass day. now i just need to sleep and wake up early for the tool presale that the mexican, trev, and i shall be attending.
