Harry Potter thoughts
i recently listened to book seven (my third time through it, i think) and i had a few thoughts...
1. Rowling broke my heart twice in the series. The first time when Dumbledore dies and the prospect of Hogwarts closing felt real, and the second time when Harry uses an Unforgiveable Curse for the first time; and the one he uses is the most sinister. Do you think if she had to do it over again, Rowling would have called the Unforgivable curses something else? It is so hard to like Harry when he's using the Imperius Curse
2. After Tonks is introduced early in book 5, didn't you expect Metamorphagi to play a larger role somewhere in the end game?
3. i think i had more, but my head is foggy.
