I'm going to make Risotto Primavera today and tomorrow (2 batches: 1 experiment, 1 for a potluck). This Provencal chicken is simple and delicious, as is chicken saltimbocca, slightly done wrong. All this text/tab-switching has made me nauseated. I must go outside now.
