At lots of local (non-chain, not necessarily in-Rochester) restaurants you can drop in your business card for a drawing for a free lunch. I've heard rumors that this is a scam for getting people's information for X/Y/Z, but can't find anything on snopes about it.

Yep, it's a "free lunch if you listen to my short presentation about investing with (x)" or whatever. I've been to several. : )
