I realize I may be going out on a limb by assuming that there are those within the city capable of observation and deductive reasoning, but I'm possessed of enough optimism to entertain the notion of such a possibility.

So, in light of this admittedly futile hope, I ask without much confidence in an affirmative response...

Has anyone else noticed the peculiar properties of this fog? Or am I the only one who hasn't been walking around with his eyes closed for the past nine days?
