Now that my mind isn't melting, I cannot help but idly ponder some things about you lot.
It seems to me as if the grand majority of you can't see a passing storm cloud without being worked into an apocalyptic frenzy. A city shouldn't be run on that sort of primal terror. It's absolutely ridiculous, and I can't stand watching you all fumble about like this any longer.
What this city needs is a leader who knows what they're doing. A leader who won't allow you to run amok like so many chickens with your heads lopped off as you have been. A leader who understands what needs to be done in a crisis, because quite frankly none of you do.
As I've not seen one other person fit for the job, I humbly volunteer myself to lead your... Quivering, fearful masses. Surely it won't be an... Easy job considering the stock I'm working with, but I assure you plebs I have the experience required.
