Challenge 04: Knight Fashion
CHALLENGE 04: KNIGHT FASHION
Everybody's favourite warlock Merlin flash forwards to the future and is tasked to organize a fashion show (a what now, you say?):)
You must help Merlin put together fashion ensembles (sets) in the style of each of the knights plus Arthur!
Challenge Type: Individual member
What to Do: Create fashion collages using polyvore.com for each of the knights (Leon, Lancelot, Gwaine, Elyan, Percival) plus Arthur (see details below)
Points: 10 points for each fashion collage (up to 6).
Total Points: 60 points
Deadline: Wednesday, June 27 @ 2pm EST (click for countdown!)
Note1: You do not have to submit all your fashion collages at once. You can submit as you create them, if you wish. Comments will not be screened so everyone can enjoy each other's creations :)
Note2: Cheeky (thecheekydragon) is going to pinch hit for Team Elyan on this challenge to help out this still-only-two-knights team a little. Hope that's okay :)
Create a fashion collage in the style of the knight chosen. As an example, here's a fashion ensemble collage created in the style of Merlin:
Be as creative as you like! "In the style of..." is your own interpretation. If you think sparkly red platform shoes are "in the style of Gwaine", go for it! :)
To Get Started:
(1) Go to http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/app
(2) Click on [NEW] for collage instead of template
(3) Choose your fashion items and drag and drop into collage
When You Are Done:
(1) Take a screenshot (Fn + Prt Scr then paste into mspaint) of collage and upload to image hosting site. You can embed your image into a comment here using code < img src="url" /> (without spaces)
OR
(2) Publish to polyvore (by creating a free account with email and password) and provide a link to your collage set like this: http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=50810862
