For exercise do some cross-fit. Mix of cardio and weightlifting. You probably know this already, but just in case I'm putting it out there. Are you doing straight weightlifting or straight cardio? If you're looking to lose more weight, tone up, etc. (like I will hopefully get back into) then when you go in start off with some cardio. Treadmill's alright, elliptical is much better if they are available. Start off easy, then get a good pace going that hurts a bit, and then do a harsh burn ... just give her. I'd say around 2-3 minutes off easy, around 10 minutes of decent, and 2 minutes of burn. That's 15 minutes, will get your heart going, and just really jumps your body. Then do some weightlifting. Pick something in particular: chest and back, abs and arms, legs. 3 sets of 10 reps for whatever you're doing. Something that is resistant but not insanely difficult. Say for vertical bench press (you sit in a chair and push forward). An example would be do 70lbs, 10 times ... repeat again (2nd rep) and then for the next rep kick the weight up a notch. Take a little breather, move on. Do what you can to target different muscles in each area. If you're so inclined, go back and do the elliptical again, this time just 8 minutes decent, and 2 minutes burn. Hope this helps you out, and seriously congrats on what you've accomplished this far!
