To say that I have been busy is an understatement...

The last couple of months have been mostly about the new Renaissance festival we are a part of down here. It's big and our first year saw profit and great potential for the future. So for that, we've invested in building a permanent booth. I've been doing much of the work by myself with some help from really incredible friends. I could not have done it without them!

There's still a bit more to go before it is done. We are building in stages. First, the basic structure. Next year we will add detail and make it fully enclosed and lockable. If all goes well, the following year we will build a second floor. That will be our living quarters during the season. It will be better than staying in tents given that the faire is from the middle of February till the first weekend of April. We had some really cold nights last season. And us with only a summer tent with vents at the top. All the heat went right out the top!

Other than this, we've also had a busy personal schedule. Parties, vacation cruise to Mexico and more. We even went on the Santa Rampage (also known as SantaCon). That was such an amazing blast!

The next couple of weeks are filled with more building, two Sherwood gatherings, parties, YuleMas in Houston and entertaining the kids while they are on break. After that, we have 1.5 moths to make enough stock for the Sherwood Forest season two. It's gonna be a crazy couple of months...
