My latest attempt to create a helmet for Odyssey is looming dangerously close to becoming successful. However, I am now in uncharted waters as I try out techniques that are completely new to me.

Isoflex is vile stuff, with about 4 pages of COSHH to go with it. Echo what everyone's said, outside is best, and avoid getting it on your skin if you possibly can.

Between 4-8 coats of acrylic/latex should do it. Will discuss in person at M1.
