How much I LOVE Blood Ties?
Tonight's episode was quite awesome...not necessarily from the "monster of the week' perspective; it seemed to serve simply as a means to an end; but from the Henry/Vicki/Mike perspective. I have to say that I am really disliking Mike right now, even though I get where he's coming from. Still, I hope Vicki puts him in his place. I can't wait to see next week's episode. Tonight was intense!
Haven't watched Dresden yet. Stupid Sci-Fi started last week showing a rerun of Dresden at 8 and the new episode at 9, which is the same time as Blood Ties. Guess which one won out? :) But the new episode - the season finale at that - comes on again at 11, so I'm taping it to watch tomorrow.
In other news...
An update on True Blood, HBO's adaptation of Charlaine Harris's Southern Vampire series. There was an article about the show in my local newspaper...glad to see it garnering attention already.
I've been downlo....er, watching Inuyasha episodes. I've seen through ep 30, only 137 more to go :D I've also started trying to accumulate the mangas through ebay and amazon. Only 50 of them to worry about - though by the time I collect all of those, there will probably be 100 volumes out...::sigh:: Had a couple or three ideas for fanfics. Jotted down the ideas for future reference. lycanthrophile won't let me work on anything else until our Forever Knight story is finished :P I also want to eventually write a few Blood Ties fanfics, but I'll base them on the show more so than the books, so I'd rather wait until at least this season is finished before I give it a try.
5 weeks of school left. Jeez, where did the time go? Lots and lots to do, so it's going to be crazy for a while.
