It might actually help you to go outside. It helped me, anyway - the air moves better outside the house.

Yes. In our world, it's like a sort of power some people have. It's divided into two categories; iron and crystal eres - physical and magical, respectfully. Explaining these things aren't exactly my forte... although I wouldn't trust Norma on explaining crystal eres very clearly if you asked her.
