The Land of Dreams

I'm frequently hiking in Vermont these days, surrounded by vast and beautiful wilderness. There was an old stone fortress atop a hill, a remnant of 1812. I stopped in a small town, much like Calais at the general store and watched some fascinating creatures. Bees and spiders that mimic flower petals.

I'm in a cheapy crafts store with some friends discussing the constricting qualities of low-wage jobs and paranoid employers. How employees are often as not treated as potential liabilities. Then I road around on a shopping cart in the parking lot. :)

Nick (who I still have not met) apparently ordered a limousine to pick us up from the store. Now that's traveling through Vermont with class. We picked up a family in the lot that needed a ride too and I offered the young boy to take him on a hike up to the fort someday.

I was rehearsing a performance that was a very odd mix of some Dickens story and Alice and Wonderland, with Kieran V. It was a metatheater piece, a play about the life of a playwriter that had died, and so was mini-plays within a whole of a play. Hectic scene changes and who has my script and oh god I don't know my lines.

On the whole theater makes up a large percent of my dreaming; along with outer space, underground, sea travel, ghosts, and hiking. Sometimes all in the same night.
