Tuesday I had my kidney stones crushed via the lithotripsy procedure. So today I'm panning for gold (ie. the remains of the former stones). The doctor wants as many particles as I can collect for analysis. This is in hopes of modifying my diet to prevent future stones. Considering the limited number of things that I can eat on my post bypass surgery diet, I'm probably going to have to live with increased kidney stone risk. Such is life.
In more general news, I noticed that I now have two readers of my journal who post in Russian, so one would suppose they live in Russia or in the general neighborhood. To them I say, Добро пожаловать и он понадейтесь что вы наслаждается прочитать мои мысли и замечания. I hope that translates well. :-)
Well back to watering the kidenys.
