A post from the Black Hole...
K, so I made a return trip to Ohio last night... And this is not at all what I thought it would be. Do not get me wrong, I DO miss a lot of you, but it just no longer feels like home anymore. The whole week before I came up I was nervous, and not sure if I really wanted to follow through. But when I crossed the Ohio border, and when I finally came to Reynoldsburg... It just felt different.
Ohio is no longer my home and that is something that is kinda hard to face. I have found a place that just naturally felt like home as soon as I went there. And comming back here was a very hard thing to do. Yes I did want to come back to see my family, and those who I care about... but... Well I dunno how to explain it, one day maybe you will understand.
But anyways... to get you all up to speed...
Klaus and I are buying a house, a 2-bedroom townhouse, great neighborhood, and brand new buildings. All appliances are included, and we are hopefully closing in the next week. Other than that, People are very nice down in NC. In Ohio people usually only talk to you because they want something, But down there you can hold a conversation with a complete stranger... and its not 'weird'.
On a personal note... No girlfriend yet, a few possibles, but we shall see.
Work is good, as soon as we get the house I am quitting Kohls, because I got a 3rd shift server job at SNS, and I will be a service trainer in a few weeks, and will be training for Management shortly there-after. No matter what my Dad says, that is one thing that he did correct. He taught me how to make myself a better person, and that through hard work, I can get anything I want. Some people asked if that means that Axminister is a no go, but that is soo far from the truth. After we get the house we want at least 3 months of on-time payments so that we can show good credit and such so that we can pull a much smaller loan out and build the store. Everything is already in development... but cannot be finalized until after the house... It is the priority.
What else is there really? I dunno... If you have any questions go ahead and ask, I will have internet axcess up until I leave on Thursday, and then as soon as we get the house we will be getting it back...
